BCCG was selected to perform renovations at Owens & Minor’s Detroit branch, located in Romulus, Michigan. The scope of work consisted of a 12,047-square-foot office space build out, 183,674-square-foot warehouse build out, 3,057 square feet of Surgitrac safe storage, and a 3,336-square-foot Suture Room.
In addition, this extensive renovation entailed electrical work and smoke and heat evacuation systems upgrades. An early suppression, fast response (ESFR) fire system and a 100% generator backup system were added.
With BCCG’s strong leadership, the renovation was completed in a timely manner to ease the Client’s transition out of other leased space into this new facility, while still within the bounds of their existing lease.
